PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

This page describes how Brightlane handles information submitted through this website, including when you pay by card.

Information we collect

What you enter in our forms. The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, role, an optional website, and the project context you choose to describe. The Get Access page asks for your name, email, phone number, billing address, the service you are paying for and the amount. We also record technical details such as your IP address, browser and the time of your request, to help protect against fraud.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout and they go directly to Stripe. They never reach our systems, and we do not see or store your card number or security code. Stripe also emails your receipt.

How it is used

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation about your project, to process payments, to issue invoices and receipts, and to keep the records the law requires. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare for hosting and security, our customer-relationship system for enquiry and order records, Stripe for card payments, and our email provider. We also share information where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to follow up. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page, or email [email protected] about anything to do with a payment.
